Frequently Asked Questions

Open the app and go to Profile, then tap Subscription or the upgrade option. At the bottom of the paywall screen, tap Restore Purchases. Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID and will restore automatically — no need to buy again.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection — AI analysis requires sending your photo to our secure server. Also check that the app has camera permission in your iPhone Settings. If the issue persists, force-close the app and try again. If you continue to have trouble, please contact us below.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → AI Skin Tracker → Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your billing period. We do not manage billing directly — all charges and refunds go through Apple.
Yes. All your scan results, photos, and personal information are stored only on your device. Photos are temporarily processed by OpenAI for AI analysis and are never retained on AI Skin Tracker's servers. Your data is never sold or used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your AI Skin Tracker purchase, and tap Request a Refund. Apple typically processes refund requests within a few days.
After your free trial, you can continue using the app with one scan per week. Your existing scan history is still accessible. To unlock unlimited scans, all 8 detailed metrics, and your full skincare routine, upgrade to Pro from the Profile tab or any paywall prompt.
